ASR & Investment Committee Memo Preparation

We completed due diligence and underwriting for a CRE CDO issuance by a private equity fund and its advisory firm. In less than two weeks, we completed over 15 asset summary reports and underwriting models for a variety of institutional quality office, retail, multifamily, and hotel properties located throughout six major MSAs. Our efforts helped lead to a successful deal closing.

Loan & Property Underwriting

We work closely with your team to independently and expertly assess collateral risk. We inspect the property, research the market and competitive set, interview the market, review 3rd-party reports (appraisal, environmental, engineering, seismic, zoning), analyze and reconcile financial statements, input rent rolls, analyze lease rollover, review sponsor financials, review title, and underwrite cash flows based upon our review. ARGUS & Excel Cash Flow Modeling

We build ARGUS cash flow models from the ground up or help you review, update, and modify existing models. We can assist with your financial modeling analytics by entering rent rolls, historical financials, reconciling the ARGUS models to source documents, preparing custom lease rollover charts and graphs, and designing floor plan schematics.
