Property & Site Inspections
We have completed numerous property inspections on all the major commercial property types such as office, retail, multifamily, hotel, and industrial as well as special-use assets such as self-storage, manufactured housing communities, and senior healthcare facilities. From Miami to Seattle, San Diego to Boston, and all points in between, we have inspected performing and non-performing assets and met with countless owners and property managers.
B-Piece Underwriting & Due Diligence
We work closely with the special servicer and B-Piece buyer to independently and expertly assess collateral risk. We inspect the property, research the market and competitive set, interview the market, review 3rd-party reports (appraisal, environmental, engineering, seismic, zoning), analyze and reconcile financial statements, input rent rolls, analyze lease rollover, review sponsor financials, review title, and re-underwrite cash flows based upon our review. Escrow & Cash Flow Waterfall Analytics
We will work with your team to examine and analyze scheduled collections. We review for potential shortfalls, track and reconcile balances, and generate presentation-quality reports for your clients - all in accordance with the loan documents.
